سياسة الخصوصية وحذف البيانات
آخر تحديث: 26 أكتوبر 2026. هذه السياسة لخدمة «سند» (sanadaisa.com)، ويملكها ويديرها عبدالرحمن خالد، الرس، القصيم 58881، المملكة العربية السعودية.
وش نجمع
- رقم جوالك، لما تراسلنا على واتساب.
- نص رسائلك معنا، وطلبات التعديل اللي ترسلها.
- نسخة ملف Excel الخاص بك، إذا طلبت تعديل عليه.
- ما نستلم ولا نحفظ بيانات بطاقتك أو حسابك البنكي.
ليش نجمعها
- عشان نرد على أسئلتك، وننفذ التعديلات اللي تطلبها على ملفك.
- نعالجها بناءً على طلبك للخدمة. ما نبيع بياناتك، وما نستخدمها في رسائل دعائية.
وين تروح بياناتك
- Meta (واتساب): توصيل الرسائل.
- Anthropic (Claude): صياغة الردود الآلية، ونرسل له نص المحادثة. وإذا طلبت تعديل، نرسل له طلباتك ومحتوى ملفك عشان ينفذ التعديل.
- Cloudflare: يمرر الاتصال المشفر بين واتساب وجهازنا.
- تنحفظ المحادثة وملفك على جهاز صاحب الخدمة، وتوصله نسخة من رسائلك في واتساب عشان يتابع طلبك.
- هذي الجهات خارج المملكة، فبياناتك تنتقل لخارج المملكة لهذا الغرض فقط.
كم نحفظها
نحفظها طول ما تحتاج خدمة على طلبك، ونحذفها إذا طلبت الحذف.
حقوقك وحذف بياناتك
- لك حق تطلب نسخة من بياناتك، أو تصحيحها، أو حذفها.
- للحذف: أرسل على واتساب +966 50 769 6557 رسالة «احذف بياناتي». نحذف محادثتك وملفك ونسخها عندنا، بما فيها نسخ تنبيهات صاحب الخدمة، خلال 30 يوم. وإذا راسلتنا بعدها نأكد لك.
- وإذا ما رضيت عن ردنا، لك حق تشتكي للهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).
Privacy Policy (English)
Sanad (sanadaisa.com) is operated by ABDULRAHMAN KHALED, Al Rass, Al Qassim 58881, Saudi Arabia.
- We collect: your WhatsApp phone number, the messages you send us, your edit requests, and a copy of your Excel file if you ask us to edit it. We never receive or store your card or bank details.
- We use it only to answer you and make the edits you request, at your request. We do not sell your data or send you marketing messages.
- Recipients: Meta (WhatsApp message delivery); Anthropic (Claude, to draft automated replies from the conversation text, and to carry out edits using your requests and file content); Cloudflare (encrypted connection relay). Data is stored on the operator's computer, and the operator receives copies of your messages on WhatsApp to follow up. These recipients are outside Saudi Arabia, so your data is transferred abroad for this purpose only.
- Retention: as long as your order needs service, or until you ask us to delete it.
- Your rights and data deletion: you may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data. To delete, send "delete my data" on WhatsApp to +966 50 769 6557. We delete your conversation, files, and our copies (including the operator's notifications) within 30 days, and confirm if you message us afterwards. You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
